I am Chairperson of CamboWP, very happy to introduce to you the CamboWP Website that just hosting in the New Year 2011, as our commitment to build a national network for IWRM in Cambodia. Through this Website we will share our views, and information on IWRM in Cambodia with you. On behalf of CamboWP, I would like to warmly welcome and thanks for your visiting our Website and I am looking for your comments. What is CamboWP?
The CamboWP has four main objectives:
1.1. Assist the national line agencies and all stakeholders concerned with waters resources management, development and conservation through promoting IWRM concepts;
1.2. Serve as the platform and forum for all participants including political and professional levels to have dialogue to promote IWRM principles;
1.3. Learn, exchange and share information and experiences, capacity building in IWRM planning and implementation, communication, development and research; and
1.4. Help realizing the Government Water Policies and Strategies by promoting IWRM programmes.
